This place is new, restaurant decorations are simple but nice. Location is a little unexpected, it's in one of the older looking buildings near Newland and Westminster Avenue. Need better menu with pictures. The workers there are very nice and will gladly let you sample all the boba flavors. They have a rack of different flavors of teas to help you decide.”

However, service is usually middling to indifferent, even for fast food's low standard, and the dining area, while overall attractive, tends to need some cleaning and care. It's also really annoying that napkins aren't available at the condiments counter and neither are any condiments. I'm sure it's because some people take too much, but that means I've got to go to the counter and hope an uninterested employee will acknowledge me so I can requwst stuff.”

The sandwiches taste good and the staff are pretty polite. It’s right next to many stores and Starbucks, which is convinient. The use of gloves means the place is very sanitary too. Overall, great place for inexpensive food.”
