Mi Ranchito Mexican food

Great street tacos for Taco Tuesday! Good chips and guac. too.. Authentic menu including special Chile rellenos family recipe. Friendly, bright and cheery atmosphere. Our new place for Tuesday lunch.

Perhaps Mi Ranchito restaurant is still working out it's kinks, but I wasn't impressed. The food was subpar and not as authentic as I had hoped. My taco salad lacked flavor and only had dark chicken meat. The rice at the bottom of my salad was mushy. On top of that, the prices seemed inflated for the small town of Colfax. My chicken taco salad was fifteen dollars. I would recommend the restaurant have a sign at the entrance to tell the customers to order at the counter. Also, cover the sticky reside on the tables with tablecloths.

Really good food, prices are amazing. Everyone was super friendly. The portions were great. All and all great place to come.

This Mexican restaurant has a hard act to follow after Cafe Luna closed it’s doors, but they are doing a pretty good job! Looks like plenty of seating and it’s in a good location to serve the locals and occasional tourists. Hopefully they will get freeway business, but I hope it doesn’t get so busy that there’s a line to get in the door. Food was very good and service was just as good. We will be regular customers

Good Mexican Food. More of a take out or lunch spot.
I had 3 Green Chicken Enchilada plate. It came with rice and beans excellent flavors!

I also ordered a street taco, it was very good authentic.
