Thunder Valley Casino Resort

Had a fabulous time here last weekend. Stayed in a regular room with two doubles with friends and the slots were being very nice to everyone! The pool was great too.

Bar lines around the casino aren't just long, they are very, very slow. maybe they'll figure out a way to keep drinks flowing soon - at the prices casinos charge, I'm shocked they aren't pouring faster. 30 min wait for 3 people ahead of us in line at the pool bar.

Room service was fast, but the very fine print that notes a delivery fee and 20% included gratuity was missed. So $60 for small pizza, and wings a few beers and pot-stickers, had $15 of fees included, and then my $15 tip on tip (unaware of the included fees) means room service got a 50% tip! Yuck - I guess it's totally my fault but i've definitely been places that point this out.

4 people in an elevator at one time, and temperature screenings as you go in. Some food available inside, but those lines were horendous also. But all worth it when you're winning big all night and so is everyone in your group!

For the most part, I enjoyed my stay at Thunder Valley. Strange to have limited machines. I would have spent money to create barriers between machines and kept them all up, especially since so many supposed to be available were down for being broken. Why stop the 7-day hold on checks? Major benefit has been lost

If you guys actually invested in a better ventilation system you would be 5 stars. They have over 3400 games and slots, good food, amazing rooms, warm, visible staff! This is my spot!
