I moved to the Sacto Area last year and this is the first restaurant here that I am really excited about. Everything is made from scratch and really tasty. Interesting drink menu specializing in small batch American whiskey & bourbon, as well as local beer on tap. Stylish & cozy ambiance. Staff was attentive. Somehow it's a good place for the whole family but would also be nice for a date night.
Great food really nice atmosphere, went at a decent hour, but the place really started to get busy after 7 pm. Nice quality burgers and a really decent alcohol menu. (Whisky/beers and wine) is def recommend checking this place out if you're looking for American cuisine near the galleria area.
An upscale modern restaurant/bar with almost a lounge like feel at times. The decor is chic and refined. If you are looking for a quite place then don't go here. The music is incredibly loud inside and with a big group, it is very hard to hear people ( our group actually left after appetizers and went to Lazy Dog across the street to really chat). The inside seating is sparse, with some 'standing tables' and an area with couch seating. I think they only had 2 tables that would fit large parties. The outside patio is very fun on a nice day, there are sun umbrellas, a fire pit and heat lamps. However, over half the seating of the restaurant as a whole is outside, so if you come on a rainy or very cold day, seating options inside will be very limited and you may have long wait times. The bar is nice as well- inside/outside seating.
The menu has a good mix of upscaled food options- though their appetizers/shareable are pretty small, they are very tasty. They brand themselves as a 'brown bar' meaning the drink selection leans heavily to beer and whiskey which both have extensive menus. Other alcohols however will be in short supply- they actually didn't even have gin last time I was there.
I do find all of their prices a little more expensive than I think is warranted.
I asked to change the whiskey in my $13 cocktail from a 'smokey whiskey' to whatever was the well 'non-smokey' whiskey and then added $5 to the price of the drink for the specific whiskey the bartender chose which was ridiculous.
Best new restaurant in Roseville. The food is fantastic with a lot of great options for those that want more than just steak or other meats. Try the hemp bowl. The happy hour is daily with some good food and drink choices. Great location, good vibe and great service for a new restaurant. Would easily choose this place over Yard House or Cheesecake Factory.
First time at this very unique place. Really a great vibe, awesome bartenders, the whole bar opens out to an outside area, with a big fire pit and heaters. Great happy hour, it's a Sunday all day bloody Marys (w bacon!) for $5. I had a Cobb salad, it was excellent and so was the service, I will definitely return and recommend!
