“BEST FOOD EVER!!! We have tried many different meals here and everything is absolutely delicious! Our very favorite is the Toddwhich that is made with the best chicken fried steak we've ever had! My wife always gets the maple bacon mocha blended and it is the most flavorful drink I've ever tasted! Common Grounds is worth the drive from anywhere as it serves the best food you'll ever eat. Weather and holidays affect their hours so it's a good idea to call ahead to make sure they're open and while you're on the phone with them why not place your order!? They make everything fresh & the food is nice and hot, no worries of it getting cold on your way home or to a nearby park or scenic overlook! The people who work here are the nicest people and make you feel like family! They have nice tables inside and out to eat and enjoy the view! When you try it out tell them Red sent you 😉 and be prepared to come back again soon because you'll be hooked after 1 bite!”

“This place is Not Fancy. It's not pretentious, but it has a very great authentic atmosphere like you're in some small southeast Asian hole in the wall. One guy is taking the orders, he's nice and helpful. But then the food comes out and it's delicious. Fast, hot, delicious, authentic. We were hungry and ordered 8 dishes. Enough for 2 more days and it was all great.”

“Fulfills a real need in the Anza area! They have EVERYTHING you MIGHT EXPECT. Usually quite busy. But generally clean, and well stocked. Pretty good "prepackaged Sub sandwiches" - IF you add an additional mayo packet, found just around the same counter corner. Slurpee-like drinks are there, and a good selection of fountain drinks. Cold refrigerated Beer. Their "cold gallons of Milk supplier" seems "somewhat exceptional". We buy it up here, rather than "down the hill" because it's BETTER up here! There's some fresh donuts available individually by the door in a self-serve case. "Pretty GOOD Gasoline" too! (Sorry, can't remember if a, "green-handled Diesel pump", or not!) Often seems like the big "center of activity" in the "tiny town" of Anza. But not too crowded.”

“Very impressive! You never know what you'll get at a small town DQ. This one is very clean, parking is plentiful (even for trucks and trailers), and the staff is genuinely friendly. I will say that the menu isn't fully displayed, but fear not, they still have Dilly Bars!!! Highly recommend this place for a sweet treat!”
