“I like going to The Boondocks because it has that dive bar special feel. I've only met great people at the bar here. There's great fun to be had playing pool, darts, damned the barbecue and bonfire area make it a great place to go when you just want to get out and have a good time I definitely recommend The Boondocks.”

“You don't want to wait until the end of the day to eat the best Mexican food in town, they take last orders around 6pm. They are in the kitchen bright & early, & this kitchen is run like a well oiled machine. Clean, "A" rated! No frills here, paper plates, paper cups, plastic utensils. Just hot delicious Mexican food! You order at the window and they bring it to your table. Sitting is sparse, one long communal table and a few side tables that accommodate 4 guests each. Don't expect a waitress to wait on you, they are busy in the kitchen. It's a large kitchen crew, but they're busy cooking. You bring your smile and appetite & enjoy. I highly recommend the tortilla soup!”

Not the old fashioned meatloaf cooked in a rich tomato sauce. *Their biscuits and sausage gravy is very good (according to my companion and other customers.) *The home-made ???? ???? We went on Easter Monday and enjoyed the beef ribs (on the menu) cooked in BBQ sauce and it was DELICIOUS ???????? an it fell off your fork. So tender and juicy. The staff is kind, polite, and courteous.”

“Had a wonderful lunch here. It doesn't look like much from the outside and it is quaint inside but the food is incredible. The owners were so sweet and very helpful with recommendations. We loved everything we got. I always get Tom Yum soup and this was the best I've had. The Pad Thai was also very good. You can designate your spice level 1-10. Moderately priced but worth it for the quantity and quality of food.”

It was a great way to catch up with an old friend and get to know his wife and in laws. I hope to eat there again next time I visit. My lasagna was tasty, and the atmosphere was perfect for what we were there for. The cream of potato soup was a little thick, and we did have a little surprise in one the salads but all in all everything was handled well and we had a great time!”
