“Would recommend this place for breakfast. Stopped in since I was working in the area and wanted breakfast. They have a different approach when you order, it is meant to be family style restaurant, where the plates can be shared but do offer options for parties of 2 or single patrons like myself. Ordered the strawberry Crepes with eggs and potatoes. Definitely hit the spot. Wish i could be in the area to try their soul food but they only offer that from 4 to 8pm. The service provided by staff was great. They were attentive and friendly.”

“Great food, great service!! Started out with a delicious Thai Iced-tea. I ordered Korean Corn Dog (no hot dog. Cheese inside), but very tasty! the sweet fire fried chicken; so good! It's small bite-sized pieces of chicken battered and fried then sauces. The sauce is a good combination of sweet and spicy. Comes with rice, fried rice cakes (almost the consistency of mochi, but not sweet) and a salad. The rice was cooked perfectly, easy to grab with chopsticks. The salad comes with a light vinaigrette dressing. The service was great; thanks Isaias! He gave great recommendations and the right amount of attention to see if we needed anything. The ambiance was nice, very clean. Definitely looking forward to coming back and trying out some more of their delicious looking food.”

“Because Habit Burger is new to Cathedral City, we wanted to try it out. Overall, we had a good experience, although service was a little slow on a Friday night. We went into the restaurant to order so we could peruse the menu without having to rush. Although there was touch-screen ordering, it wasn't working. So, we ordered at the counter. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The burgers were good, although they're on the more expensive side. Two burgers and an order of onion rings was $20. We took the food home, so we didn't order any drinks, although the shakes look tempting. We'll likely come again to try some different combinations.”

“I love this new Thai place! The food was very tasty, I got the Panang Curry with Beef, and house salad with Peanut Sauce. I am all about the sauces, and this place nails them! Servers were super nice and attentive as well. Outdoor seating has great view of Mountains and Palm trees. I have no doubt this place will survive and be here in PS for a while. Bravo! I look forward to trying more things on their menu, many great choices.”

“This place is just OK. Nothing big about it unless you want to drink. party of 2, we got seated in 20-25 mins at 11:30. Our waiter was nice but other than that it wasn't an overall good experience. By that I mean we waited 35 mins for 3 pancakes(kinda burnt), bacon and an omelette. And the food was whatever. I wouldn't go back for that. The drinks looked good. Try for yourself I guess. I'm guessing because we were a smaller party they forgot about us 🤷♀️”

“For such a small place, this restaurant has a lot of heart. The owner Max seems really friendly and very serious about providing the highest quality food that he can. The decor is clean and the atmosphere has a southern, cowboy sort of feel. The potions are good sized. While the food takes a little while to get prepared, it's because they cook everything fresh to order. My only complaint is that the cornbread was too dense for my taste, and the honey butter tasted awful. I'm not sure if there was something wrong with the batch of butter I had? However if you are not happy with something, just speak to Max and he will make it right for you.”

“Fabulous local treasure across the street from the Double Tree Golf Resort. Very well prepared, delicious food in a warm inviting place. The Asada platter for two was incredible. The short ribs, shrimp, burrito and whole fried fish were seasoned and cooked to perfection. Thank goodness the front desk steered us to this lovely location for our best meal in a week in this area. Highly recommend.”

“We were headed from Palm Desert to San Diego and needed breakfast. Google maps found this place for us and it didn't disappoint. We had the strawberry crepe, breakfast sandwich, strawberry waffles and two smoothies (Mango and a strawberry one). Everything was made fresh and so go good. “BEST BBQ EVER!!! I am not local to Smokey Lips, but it's worth it to drive an hour out to get this AH-MAY-ZING BBQ!! I'll admit that I was never a big BBQ fan before, but after trying Adam's gourmet BBQ, I was hooked! It's so good that I often forget that it comes with sauce because it's great without it! Rib meat falls off the bone and brisket melts in your mouth. Seasoned to perfection, pulled pork and rotisserie chickens are favorites too! And the sides are all creative twists on old favorites and compliment the BBQ meats well. Not your typical BBQ spot. My family and I, are happy regular customers 🤗”
