As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted with beautiful elegant lighting and a welcoming staff. I already knew this place would be a hit. As this was my first time here, I did not know what to order so I just decided to order various appetizers, rolls, and sushi. Starting with the appetizers, not a single one was a miss. My favorite was definitely the soft shell crab as it was nice and crispy on the outside while having big chunks of sweet juicy crab meat on the inside. The rolls that I ordered were also really good. Lastly, the main course, the sushi. The sushi was absolutely amazing as the fish tasted very fresh. I ordered a various amount of different fish but my favorite has to be the classic salmon sushi. With the thin slice of lemon on top of the fatty salmon piece, as soon as I bit the into it, the fish texture was literally like butter with a fresh fish taste and a hint of lemon. Overall, this has to be one of my favorite sushi spots in Corona and I will definitely be coming back here and refer this restaurant to my friends and family.
During my visit at dinnertime, I found myself at a charming restaurant located in the bustling shopping center of "The Shops at Dos Lagos". The restaurant, conveniently situated next to a vast parking lot, welcomed me with its stunning interior. The open and inviting atmosphere was truly remarkable, creating an ambiance of awe and comfort.
One of the unique features of this restaurant is the open kitchen, allowing diners to watch the chefs expertly prepare their meals. It's a fascinating display of culinary skill, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the dining experience.
We had the Sashimi Special, Sunday Morning Roll, Ceviche Roll, Arigato Roll, Chicken Karaage, and Sawagani. Each dish was a delight, particularly the Sashimi Special, where the variety and quality of fish ensured a fresh experience with every bite. Unlike other sushi places that often skimp on protein, here, the balance was perfect with generous portions of protein and just the right amount of rice.
I'm definitely not a big spender, but the food is certainly worth the price. I would rather pay a similar amount for high-quality dishes than at other AYCE sushi restaurants. I honestly think the price is reasonable and worth every penny.
The dedication of the owner, actively working at the sushi bar, assures that every dish served is exceptional and meticulously prepared.
I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Corona area looking for an exceptional sushi dining experience. It's a guarantee that your visit will be worthwhile!
Excellent sashimi. The sushi roll is superb. Fresh and excellent quality fish. The service is great and friendly. Green tea ice cream is excellent , a must try dessert.
Wow! Amazing sushi! Really loved the food here. Recommend for anyone who is looking for quality sushi. The owner was trained in Japan and the food is great quality!
Very pleased. Chef Steve was very welcoming. He is an excellent chef. All the staff were very friendly and polite. I highly recommend this place. They use a superior quality of fish as compared to other sushi restaraunts. 🍣
