Daily Grill

Looking forward to eating here as this was a favorite local restaurant of mine in Studio City but had closed. The food is always good here and the restaurants in the chain all have the same nice atmosphere. The service was a tad slow but I guess the Palm Desert crowd is not as demanding as Los Angeles.

Had a great experience tonight. Went to The River and wad going to have to wait 1.5 hr, restaurant had empty tables but didn'thave enough staff.

Called Daily Grill and they could get me in in 35 minutes on Saturday night in season. Food was great but our server was spectacular as she kept checking back to see if we needed anything. Sorry can't remember her name but she was really great. I told her I loved pork chop and she smiled and said she had cooked it. If she see this I would like to acknowledge her wonderful service.

Ordered Ribeye medium rare and it was medium +. The cuts are so thin they are probably hard to cook a medium rare. I would not recommend ordering steak here. My wife had trout and it was very good. We have eaten here many times and the service is great, I just don't think they can make a steak correctly with the very thin cuts that don't have very much marbling in them.

The atmosphere and lively spirit of the Daily Grill are present from the moment the front door opens! Our waiter was outstanding. The trout and Cobb salad couldn't have been tastier. So highly recommend!

Just love this place! If you like chicken pot pie...there is no better. The menu is superb with a very unique variety of meals. Go for a solid meat and potatoes dish or excellent choices on the lite side also. Big parking lot in the rear. Locals always here for Happy Hour. Don't miss this one.
