    The Chef is a real Japanese Sushi Chef. Best Sushi in the Coachella Valley at a very reasonable price. I liked it much better than the $$$ Sushi places in the valley. My wife and I each had the 8 piece Sushi combo with 8 California roles for under $33.00 in total. You won't get that anywhere else. You have got to try this place. I work in Japan and I know. This is the REAL DEAL.
