Birba

One of the best Palm Springs has to offer. Food, ambiance, staff, drinks are all on point. We locals get cold when the temp drops under 80 and they have comfy smoks to keep you warm. Always an enjoyable experience at Birba! Cheers ????

Very nice setting. The drinks were excellent. The service was great. I had the squash filled pasta, which was delicious. The canolli dessert was a bit disappointing, shell was rather stale, but the filing was good.

What a great find this place was awesome. We had a wedding reception there and the food was incredible, the portions were amazing and the service was on point.

Enjoyed dinner for three here on a busy Friday night in late January. Service was quick if not exactly fine dining caliber - but good. Ordered a bottle of nebbiolo after some good cocktails and had to send the wine back - sour and wrong and served in juice cups! All wrong! But the waitress fixed the issue, took it off the bill and brought us something better. Pizza was actually fantastic - not far off from Neapolitan authenticity for sure and we appreciated the pizza the most. Other dishes were okay but perhaps not so stellar... wish that veg portions were more generous and family style. Pizza here is the star! If I went back id get a bottle of wine and pizza and leave it at that. Overall very good.
