“We came here for a quick dinner after an 8 hour flight from New York. We were looking for an authentic Mexican restaurant and we definitely found probably the best place in Palm Springs. This is not a fancy place, just a weird combination between deli/liquor store with a very clean Mexican Kitchen in the corner. The staff was friendly and everything was new and clean. I love pastries and croissants but they present them uncovered 😏along the sales counter so I skipped those treats! “We had such a nice lunch experience. The host, Alberto and bartender/server, Niko were friendly, courteous and inviting. We had reservations at 11a and the place had a great feel to it. The lunch menu was very diverse, especially since it was a modest menu. I had a very good white peach Margarita, two to be exact. We started off with short rib taquitos witha delicious mole sauce, then had a calamari pasta dish (with an option of having a vegan version), all the selections on the lunch menu sounded good. The tres leches pound cake, that came in a ramekin, was warm and just the right size to finish off the meal. I’d definitely come back to try the whole menu. They serve dinner too! Reforma has a private room for groups and an area designated for night clubbing.”

“I really loved dinner at Maleza. When they first opened we had a group of 7 and everything was great. The new menu is delicious. Highly recommend the steak aguachille and the rib eye. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Added a side of rice and beans to our entree. Everything we had was delicious. The oysters were so good. I hope they do $1 oysters for happy hour one day! 😋 The staff is really nice and accommodating. The bar was incredible so many great mezcal’s to choose from. Thank you James!”

“Found this place while taking a walk in Palm Springs with some friends. The strategically placed flight of margaritas caught our eye so we decided to get a table for 4. Happy hour was 2-6 pm. We had flights of margaritas and flights of mimosas. The drinks were delicious and excellently presented. The food ordered did not disappoint either. Servers were attentive and ambiance was great. “EXCELLENT BAKLAVA! Other half and I split beef and chicken shawarma wraps, some thyme fries and baklava. These folks take pride in the food they serve, and its obvious based on the friendly service and quality food. Bread seemed homemade, and had excellent texture and taste. I could eat the garlic tahini sauce by itself. The chicken and beef both tasted excellent, would order either of them again. Perfect texture from the baklava, with excellent sweet and savory balance. Thyme fries came with generous dusting of fresh herbs. We look forward to trying more things from their menu.”

“Intimate and cozy without being cramped. Very pleasant atmosphere inside and out. Music just audible. Not a complicated menu. Service is spot on, attentive, friendly, not pretentious or hovering. The food, though. Oh the food is what will be remembered for a good while. It was sublime. Every bite was made perfect. I could find no fault. And the portions were very generous at this level of cuisine, too. And a hearty shout-out to the bar, some beautiful cocktails were very much enjoyed. We will certainly return.”

It’s the type of bar you walk in when it’s 108 degrees and sunny then you wake up in the morning like how tf did I get home and what happened. It’s everything that’s awesome about dive bars. If you’re staying at a “boutique hotel”, don’t bother.”
