The service here is outstanding. The food is always hot and fresh. The employees are super nice. And they are super quick. When you walk inside the mood is really good. Everybody ask you how you're doing and stuff like that I totally recommend this place.

Went through the drive thru on my way to work. The experience took entirely too long. It was not a complicated order but they still had me park in front of the place where someone would bring it out to me. After about 10 minutes of no one coming out with my food I had to go inside and ask for it. I was late for work as a result. The food itself was good but the drive thru tends to be slow particularly in the mornings. This seems to be a problem not only at this location but at several I have visited.

5 STARS go to the Manager Rick, Co-worker and I ordered two chicken sandwiches, which the meat may have been frozen too long. The meat was tough and we had already gotten back to work. Rick was super amazing and brought us both new sandwiches to our workplace and added a couple cookies. Grateful and thank you!!!

I got the best customer service ever at this Carl's Jr location in Palm Springs between Ramon and Sunrise way, her name is Laura. Go give her a smile, give her a 5 star, shes worth it.

The restaurant was clean and not too busy at the time. There was no wait to place the order and using a coupon was easy, the order was placed quickly and properly. The food came out as expected, actually better. Very flavorful, properly cooked and quickly served. I found myself going through and finishing my food quickly almost looking for more, very impressed with the overall quality, not just the food but the restaurant cleanliness, the flavor of the soft drinks and the staff being quick and prompt when I requested additional sauces. Not too long ago I'd find myself having mixed experiences, some good some bad; but recently at this Carl's junior and many others in the area my experiences have been mostly good. I'll continue to come by and enjoy the food on occasion for this reason.
