Great spot for breakfast! Expansive menu goes beyond traditional pancakes, French Toast, eggs, bacon and sausage and the usual sides. Staff is wonderful! Perfect way to start the day!

So much better than Palm Desert, I been going there for Decades, some employees are forever there.
OS is always clean, always consistent. We come for Gyros. Home cooking Always packed.

Unfortunately the quality of the GYRO has deteriorated not only were prices raised but quality of meat is no longer representative. They also cut the amount.

The clear, we expressed ourselves in person prior.
Today we had two burgers and they were fantastic, no kidding. So back to 4 stars, maybe the gyro issue will be fixed soon?

I came to John's for my first time 2 years ago , and since then I have been coming back. The staff here is very great and they always are alert for what you need. Their hamburger is excellent it has a nice fresh taste to it. If you go there you must have their fries they are one of the great ones in the family. Has an excellent location with really pleasant views. Come in and drop by , they do get a little busy during lunch hour however they manage pretty well .

Fairly nice spot all in all. Big menu with lots of variety and friendly staff. Food is good, but not great.

Does exactly what you need it to. And reasonably priced

This place its very busy due to the price of the big meals. Hamburgers, French fries and salads are very popular. This is a classic Mid century American diner it has been around for several decades. I personally find the food a little greasy for my taste this is a "counter style" restaurant. You order and pay for your food at the counter then a waitress brings your food to your table. All kind of people fill the restaurant from your average Joe to our local celebrities in general the place its very popular
