A great family run genuine Italian cafe.Think amazing pizza and very good pasta. Limited menu otherwise.

It is family own and family ran. Amazing food that will knock your socks off. I loved everything we got. Its a must from me.

While the owners claim Heritage from Florence Italy, the food is not even close to measuring up to that standard. In my case the chicken cutlet parmesan was made with a pre-cooked cutlet, making the texture somewhat Hasty in the mouth. Not sure if it was a combination of too much flour and potentially bread getting soggy but the color was far from an enjoyable experience. The pasta was good A bit alfonte as I prefer it and as the Italians eat it. The sauce was bright Lively enough good color. The wine choices while quite limited the house Chianti had a bit of a sour note. Service was limited to one person in the small dining room but as a result was very spotty. If you can't get into one of the other more popular Italian restaurants in Old Palm Springs I would choose this one only as a backup.

Authentic and amazing Italian Food. The closest you are going to get without going to Italy. Fresh, tasty, and artisanal ingredients. I highly recommended if you want to try food that resembles going to Florence.
