“We came 2 times on our trip, both times my coffee was a delight. I had a hot vanilla latte. I love the organic flavor syrup brand that they use here, you can taste the quality difference. Also the patio is the cutest to sit and chat with friends or to stay and work for a while. I loved the real plant "but first coffee" sign and the pink lids. Loved all the details.”

“Hmm. Bread shop? Coffee shop? Internet Cafe? Don’t put labels on this place cause that ain’t cool. Just enjoy the yummy goodness that will envelop you as you have a classic soup or a sandwich that was made by hand. Don’t just eat and run, enjoy yourself and take some bread home. Who cares why anyone thinks. This location was a neat one. Located in Palm Desert it was like a waiting room at your grandparents Dr. office. Lots of confused people. But the staff was awesome.”

“All I can say is YUM! The ice cream is awesome, very rich and creamy. We tried 2 different treats. One was an Oreo cookie ice cream and the other was chocolate with a brownie, choc chips and choc sauce all mixed together, so good. Very rich though, so a small serving was more than enough.”

“Great food, excellent service and gorgeous views for the mountains from outside seating. At a recent conference, I deferred on the hotel food and walked here and it was so worth it. First food was good and prices beat the hotel by a mile, second service fast (even take out) third, when I had time to sit, the views were spectacular. This is a casual place. TIP: portions are huge, plan to take something back for a snack or light meal later.”

“One of our favorite restaurants in Palm Springs! Comfort food at its best! You won’t find healthy California cuisine on the menu so don’t bother! But man do they know how to cook some good food. Atmosphere is amazing. We love the prime rib and fried chicken. Breakfasts are great too. You have to try the peach cobbler when it’s in season!”

“Awesome little breakfast spot. I got a fairly standard breakfast sandwich on a freshly made bagel and it was divine. My wife's breakfast and her tea were also great. They have a lovely lawn right outside where you can eat if it is a nice day (plenty of those in Palm Springs). Only one star off because it was a bit pricey for a breakfast sandwich at a counter-serve spot. But well worth stopping in for a treat, particularly if you love well-made breakfast.”
