This was my first time trying this new hawaiian fusion restaurant and it was AMAZING! I got their luau plate that came with their chicken, rice, macaroni salad, and side salad. This honestly tasted the most authentic compared to other hawaiian restaurants! The workers were extremely friendly and offered all types of samples for me to try! The interior is so cute as well! I’m definitely coming back again to try their spring rolls!! 10/10 recommend experience !!
New & BEST to-go Hawaiian Vietnamese Fusion Restaurant in Riverside! This is small family owned restaurant is located in the University Village. When you walk into the restaurant you immediately feel like you are back in Hawaii! Starting with the bright fun artwork, to the Hawaiian music playing. They staff was super friendly & greeted me and my husband when we walked in. The food was delicious! This place is a Hawaiian & Vietnamese fusion restaurant! I ordered the fresh spring rolls! It is build your own so you get to customize what protein and veggies you want! And I got a delicious refreshing mixed fresh fruit drink with chia seeds! Definitely coming back!
First off…. Look at that shrimp! They weren’t kidding when they said jumbo shrimp. I felt like I was back in Hawaii, so much flavor. The staff was very welcoming and as it was my first time there they were very helpful and patient with all my questions. I am bummed I missed the soft opening promotion that ended I believe last month but I will for sure be back for the grand opening!!
I got the Aloha plate. Think about the best orange chicken you’ve ever had and this beats it by 100000 AND they make it with pineapples. It’s perfectly balanced! I would definitely recommend. I ate it there and I’m glad I did because it was so fresh and crispy!
I got the Aloha and ohau plates. The aloha plate was delicious. It was like chicken karrage with really sweet sauce. Although, tasty for my partner, it was like candy sweet for me. The ohau plate was really tasty but I had some problems with it. The sauce on the shrimp was so tangy and sweet but not too sweet. The only problem I had was that they left the shell on the shrimp which is hard for me to digest. It also adds a different eating texture. We love the macaroni salad. It was about $45 for the 2 plates and a small watermelon drink which was too pulpy. Not my favorite eating experience.
