“At the time of review, this location is still relatively new. I think this place has potential. It's in a less busy area of the mall and adjacent to lots of covered parking. The restaurant is clean and has a cozy, contemporary western aesthetic. I've been twice so far, and the serving staff have been very friendly. My first visit, I tried one of their burgers and opted for onion rings. The burger was very good, but the rings weren't to my taste. They are heavily seasoned with a chili powder. On my second visit, they instituted a Happy Hour. So enjoyed a few drinks and the Pulled Pork Nachos. Kat and the rest of the bar staff that night were especially great. Now that they have a Happy Hour menu, I'll definitely frequent this place more often. It's a great alternative to Yardhouse if you want a more chill environment.”

The bierra taco was a little greasy but the horchata was really good. I would definitely recommend trying this place if you haven't. I'm going back to try the menudo Saturday.”

“I stopped by on 12/14 during my work break. In the past, I would order Vietnamese Coffee and croissants at there Orange County locations. This time I wanted to try for the first time the Grilled Pork Asian Sandwich. I had them make it with light meat and light mayo. I also ordered 2 Strawberry Smoothies. I enjoyed my Sandwich because the bread was warm and it was made fresh. The slice Jalapeño and the cilantro added that extra flavor for me. I plan to go back to try a Ham Croissant Sandwich and order a Vietnamese Coffee with it. Thank you for the good service and clean atmosphere.”

“Food is okay, not bad, not good, but okay. The meat needed some kind of seasoning. Things were pretty bland. The amount of guacamole is too much. Even tho we requested none on our food because my husband is allergic to avocado, there was still a lot on it. Luckily, we were able to switch plates. He had mine, and i had his to avoid driving back. Also, the amount of cheese is way too much. He pulled out so much cheese from the tacos that it was overpowering.”

“They use real plates, but have napkin dispensers and non-reusable plasticware in plastic wrappers. They have severs, but a salsa bar. They give just a few cups for salsa and you need to ask for more (we didn't, but they are not stocked at the salsa bar. Chips are not included. Is this place a restaurant or fast food? The service was fast and friendly, but it's just a fancier taco stand. The menu is tiny, too. My kids loved it, but I was left wanting more.”

“Oh man, what an unexpected and glorious surprise. Even though I strongly disagree with them on the food and think it's incredible, I can see why the one person used the drive-thru and saw old prices -- I thought Mr. Taco was still here too. Walked over to this spot this morning, saw that they were open, and walked in, expecting another regular Mexican food joint. It's a party spot! They've redone the whole interior in an excited, flashy style, and yep, they've got dance music playing at 9 in the morning. I don't feel it's as loud as a lot of clubs and trendy eateries I've been to though, and I like a good beat and bass, so you know what, I'm good with it. It may not be for everyone though. That aside, the food! Wow. Not at all what I expected. Again, I was figuring I'd get some standard fare stuff, like Mr. Taco level. Absolutely not. My huevos rancheros came with delicious, smooth beans, incredibly fluffy rice, just-cooked veggies with a great crunch, and perfect sauce, eggs, and crunchy tortillas. Magical.”
