    This restaurant is inside the Penchanga casino, so it is a bit more pricey than regular outside places.

    Unfortunately, I can't say that the food there was great...only okay. The appetizer of smelt "fries" had no flavor itself, so only the dips that it came with provided taste. The salmon entree also suffered from a lack of flavor with only its surrounding couscous helping to save it. Nothing was terrible...only okay.

    Umi Sushi and Oyster Bar, Great place.

    The restaurant is located near the Hotel Valet entrance, so ask to park at the Hotel valet not casino valet!

    Umi gets real busy so reservations are recommended but not required. Very busy on weekends but staff is attentive and food is good.

    The personal service is not going to be the same as a stand alone Sushi restaurant because this location is in a casino and their main concern is flipping tables and cover counts not individual customers, so please be advised!

    Went for my husband's birthday with another couple. Had the calamari to start, which was some of the best we have had, plus edamane with a delicious garlic soy sauce, of which I purchased some to take home! Dinner was so very good and the service was outstanding! I wish I could remember our waiter's name, he made our evening special!!
