Best joint in Temecula for a quick mexican food bite to eat. Staff are always helpful and nice, ive been going here since I was in high school and I'm 26 now and the quality of both service and food has always been above the rest.

The food was fabulous. The service was fantastic. The amount of food is tremendous. I wish we had one by my house.
The pricing was so low, I felt guilty.
Highly recommend to everyone.

The Street Tacos Were Delicious ,The Salsa Was Authentic ,The Cashier/Hostest Melissa Was Very Polite & Friendly ! ????

Okay two surprises.
1 - That there is a high quality restaurant in a Gas Station Mini Mart
2 - Although Baja Express is a Mexican food restaurant, I get one of the tastiest burgers around. I just finished a Bacon Avocado made with 100% Angus Beef ????????
Next I am going to try their famous “Indian Taco”
I have learned over the years that when you see the employees - especially ones that have as many options as they do here at Pachanga Casino eating at a particular restaurant, you know it’s good!
All that being said, Steve says give this one a try if you’re ever in the area. Also, it might help save time if you look at their huge menu on their website so you know exactly what to ask for when you get there.
