Express sushi & Teriyaki is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Carmichael. I have always enjoyed my experience and food here. I am always greeted by friendly faces and feel at home here. I always get the mixed veggie tempura & thai chicken salad because it is absolutely delicious! Margaret is by far my favorite employee there. She is so attentive, has a welcoming personality and very professional! The vibe in this restaurant is phenomenal and I have never had a bad experience here. From the owners, cooks, chefs and waiters/waitresses they are absolutely amazing. Thank you Express Sushi & Teriyaki for your outstanding hospitality!

This food is always so delicious! I stayed away because I thought that express implied it was gonna be lower quality, but I was so wrong! Standard prices, but speedy and really high quality with no hesitation on the fish. Great unique recipes.

One of my favorite places in town for sushi! Servers are always kind and attentive. There is a wide range of sushi to choose from, and you can always request a custom roll from Alex, he'll be sure to make it specific to your taste. Sushi boats are a great way for you to enjoy a wide range of sushi with friends, or yourself, not gonna judge because the sushi is that good! But one of my all time favorite dishes from them is their spicy noodles. They'll fill you up, and leave you satisfied for sure!
