Always a wait, but the food is always good, my wife loves this location.
We don't drink alcohol, I personally feel that once the servers know your not buying
drinks they tend to ignore you. That's to bad because I tip very well for quality service.

Just stopped in for lunch to burn a gift card. Had an appetizer and a very good red ale. The waitress was professional, courteous and personable. A very enjoyable visit.

The atmosphere is what stood out exceptionally here: casual and comfortable, yet somewhat refined; clean. Televisions, but not too many as to be intrusive. Open environment, comfortable seating and lighting not too bright or dim, and the wait staff was very attentive. The food was about an 8/10, which is pretty good; slightly pricey. Large portions. The BJ’s craft beer was Tasty ???? For a busy Friday night with no reservation, the time-to-served was good, 30-45 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place

Food here is always just "alright" to me. Most of the time I find myself nit-picking at the food when it arrives because there are many things they can do to improve how the food tastes. Whether it be adding more seasoning, or maybe it could have been cooked longer/shorter, or it could have just been taken out of the menu because of how similar it is to another dish they have. I'm not saying this place is bad, but I feel that with a menu as expansive as the one they have, they can't focus on perfecting their dishes. Atmosphere is where the 3 stars come in to play. While the food is sub-par in comparison to other restaurants, service has always been pretty solid and in my experiences, they've always asked if a large group will be splitting checks. Would I come back here again? Probably. It's a popular spot that can accommodate large groups and can cater to different tastes. However, as stated, the food can be a lot better.
