Great sushi and great service! Can’t go wrong here!

It had been quite a time since my lunch buddy and I had been here. We will come back more frequently now we're reminded of how good it is. Parking in the strip mall was easy. Service was instantly and friendly. The food was traditional except for a large amount of sushi. Miso soup was tasty. Tonkatsu was both well prepared, with multiple sauces, and with more quantity than I could finish. Those who like a variety of beer will be happy there, with some traditional Japanese and American beers as well as some very good current beers like Track 7 IPA.

Came here for lunch today, the server was friendly and attentive. The food was good, and it seemed like a steady lunch crowd.
I have been here once before... A few years ago with a large group, and had a very good experience. We were a loud bunch that night, thankfully they were very patient with us.

Customer service was excellent, the cashier/waitress was very nice and helpful. I ordered a Rainbow Roll to go and to be quite honest it was just okay. I think it was adequate sushi, but I have had way better sushi some where not too far away. Portions are also adequate, but at the same time just par for the course.

I gave it 3 stars because it was mostly just pretty average. I don't think it's a bad place to eat, but I also think you could go elsewhere and find sushi just as good for the same price that tastes better.
