Plaza Del Sol

First of all, Gabriel & Raquel, the owners, are so genuine when they greet or speak to you. It's truly comforting to find a privately owned business that still gives a personal touch to their customers. They are the nicest people.
We drive about 15 minutes, just to eat there, even though we have a Mexican food restaurant in Galt.
No comparison!
Now the food. I could eat their shredded beef tacos until they come out of my ears!!! (their shredded beef is NOT a bunch of fat). I order them so they come out a little softer than they normally fry them & they're perfect.
Salsa & chips are the best!
Love, love their flour tortillas!
Their enchilada sauce is not greasy or heavy.
The deep fried ice cream was the first one I ever had & it is fantastic! Since then, no other deep fried ice cream ANYWHERE compares to Plaza Del Sol's, HANDS DOWN!

Had dinner there today on Saturday 5/4/2019 and once again the service is awesome all the people that work there are friendly and courteous. The food is awesome especially their pozol soup..

We came here for a date night with friends. The man greeted us and proceeded to shake the gentleman's hands and kiss each of us ladies hands. How sweet. They seated us promptly, and took our drink order. The food ordered was all extremely delicious and authentic even to the sauce. I know as my husband is Italian, and I've had Moms best food and it tastes like hers. We have come here several times and will continue to frequent this awesome resturant.

Absolutely love this place, if I could afford it I'd eat lunch here every day. The fresh made flour tortillas are delicious. Honestly everything I've had has been delicious! The service is always top notch, quick and friendly. Great just for drinks with chips and salsa too. If your reading reviews and trying to decide, trust me this is the place you want. I've been going over there for a few years and they are consistently good. They have good portion size. I really like the chips even though you have to add salt to them. the other thing that I like about is that the wait staff is friendly and if you have any questions David explain it to you. I'd over there tonight and I had a good time stay for awhile. Yeah you're right
