ebisu sushi

At lunch time, the store was quiet and intimate. The fish was so incredibly flesh and all the flavors of the dishes were unique and differentiated.

I imagine this place is a busy dinner event, but my weekday lunch visit was simply divine. The staff leaves you alone to enjoy the food and simply responds when asked for.

Hieu was our sushi chef! Honestly this is probably the best sushi/experience that I’ve ever had! Sushi was amazing and present is on point. The sauces created for each piece was thoughtfully placed and complimented the fish. Amazing. My new favorite sushi place! 🙏

Have been to Oz bbq many times but didn't know Ebisu restaurant is in the same plaza. There is another sushi restaurant Washku in the same plaza which I had tried long time ago. When we got there around 6:30 pm, the restaurant was kind of full and only few big tables opened. We had to wait about 15 mins and had to share a six persons table with another couples. The waiter was very friendly, and services were good. Pepperfin was good. Lollipops (grilled lamb chops with house special sauces) were excellent and 2 pieces were not enough for me. Happy combo was also good. We ordered double Toro rolls which is not on the menu, and it was so yummy and fresh. So far, I think there are 2 best sushi restaurants in Elk Grove, Ebisu and Yoshi. Will be back again to try other dishes, but first I have to save up some money. 😉

Celebrated my cousin’s birthday dinner here, it was excellent! Here’s just a few of bunch of other food we ordered…a Bluefin Toro Roll, Lion King Roll, Stonelake Roll and a huge pork Tonkatsu Dinner plate…I was stuffed with all the appetizers we got before my dinner came!

Great service from Alexa, a relaxed atmosphere, the private room was a nice touch and the food is terrific! I highly recommend it!

This place was amazing they've only been open for about 2 months .. its.super cute and fancy.. the quality of the fish is so good.. hands down best Oyster shooters ive ever had the flavors are not like any other. Ive began to notice that a lot of rolls taste the same at other establishments but there flavors are unique and i can definitely taste the difference .. the bathroom is Immaculate and decorated so nice .. there open late and never close in between lunch and dinner.. the owner is super sweet! Everyone is so friendly! Definitely will be there all the time!
