Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

My family loves Red Robin! If we are in the area, this is one of our go to places. The bottomless fries are always good and bountiful. I never leave here hungry. I like being able to catch a little bit of a mlb game while eating too, not something that I get to enjoy often. I'd say that we end up here about once a month on average. Thanks RR, yum!

endless mac & cheese and broccoli. baby girls were happy. we love this place. friendly staff and great food. the kids loved it too. this place is wheelchair/ scooter/ walker friendly, including the ladies room. no bad odors.

Very disappointed. This was the first time I went to this particular Red Robin. I got pretzel bites and the Bleu Burger. The pretzel bites were slightly overdone on the outside and some were a bit doughy in the middle. There was plenty of salt in the basket but almost none stuck to the pretzels. The sauce was to die for, however! Then came my main course. The server set the basket down and sped off so quickly I didn't have a chance to ask for ranch to go with my fries and nobody came by by table again till I had eaten the burger and half the fries sans ranch. My drink had been empty for a good while at that point too. After that point she was very attentive...I don't know if she'd been in a hurry to take get break or what but service is what makes up my mind about whether to return to a restaurant or not. I'll take a pass on this one.

Good service. Burgers were great. Food came out timely. No complaints really.

Went for a field trip with my daughters preschool class and it was excellent! The staff were on top of everything, very friendly, service was quick and on point. Ordered a croissant BLTA that was delicious! Had a bad experience at another location so was a little worried but everything was great!
