Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse

More than 5stars! I had a wonderful dining experience at this steakhouse! Definitely recommend it to anyone especially those traveling to enjoy such a variety of foods and wine selection! Ona my server was fantastic, always checking in making sure I was happy with my drinks and food along if I needed anything else. Very clean east to find parking. The servers constantly brought my favorite meats and made sure I had enough. I will be back again.

At first, we were questioning if we should dine here due to other reviews but we are glad we did. We have been to the Roseville location and the service here was just as good, if not better. The restaurant is beautiful and has nice big windows. The food selection was great and we definitely did not have a shortage of options. It’s a Brazilian Steakhouse so you should research the service/eating process before going. It’s fun and we were there for about two hours. Great night out with the wife!

I gave this a 5 stars because of Dana. She was very professional and compassionate when I was making reservations for a Celebration of Life. This was in a memory for my brother who had recently passed away and this was his favorite restaurant.
The negative experience I had is when I called to change the count for my party. I was on hold for a long time and when someone did pick up, the person hanged up on me. When I return the call again, and waited, but not as long, the personnel that picked gave me real bad attitude for not having a card on file. So, yes I hanged up that call because I was not going to let anyone talk to me the way that they did. Being 3 hour of time difference I decided to wait the next day and luckily it was Dana that had picked and she calmed me down, because I was going cancel the reservation.
Dana assured me that my party was going to be taking care of. She said the team does an excellent job of serving and taking good care of their customers.
To end this long story, she was right. The service was excellent, food was extremely delicious, and my party had an excellent time.
Special thanks to Dana that made it possible and going beyond for me and my family to close a special chapter in our life.

It was me and my boyfriend first time ever experiencing a Brazilian Steakhouse. We did not expect it to be cheap as a per person bias but definitely worth the amount. Salad bar was nice but we only focused on the meats coming around due to the price . Only thing that we didn't really like was the fact we were seated by the bar so the gauchos didn't come to us first, basically looking at us and then go to the main dining area first and then we get what was leftover which was slightly annoying. If we had a better seat this would be a much better experience. We will be back and hopefully they will give us a better seat than the first time.
