Great food. Both vegetarian and non-veg food tastes yummy.
My feedback is based only on the Non Veg Thali I had for lunch today.
Best:
The curries were very tasty. I really wanted to have more.
The quantity is good. I was full with 70% of the food served.
The price is good with the variety and quantity it comes with.
The hospitality is good. People we're welcoming and did come over timely to check on.
The banana leaf brought back memories from India.
Tea to start with and sweet pan to finish with was good.
Can be improved:
The seating can be rearranged to avoid tables right in front of the door. I sat there n it not make me feel to sit there for long.
The chairs can be rearranged to face the TV so people sitting in the middle of the room do not need to turn head right or left to watch TV.
The food served on the Thali/banana leaf should definitely be rearranged. The little containers should be on the light green side of the leaf which will make the rice be on the dark green side of the leaf. A little attention to the leaf before placing food will make it inviting.
The rice served was in lumps. That's how it is at my home. I would expect it to be warm n flowing for a restaurant quality.
The steel containers for water should be dried completely before being used. Mine had white marks inside so I got it changed.
I regret not taking pics... I was too hungry to take time for pics :)
Overall, I liked the food just that logistics could have been better for creating a WOW feeling.
I would go back at least once to try something different from the menu.
Loved the meat dosa. The fish curry was great. Place was nice and clean with great service, and the best company!! I would visit this place again when I visit Folsom/Cali.
Best mutton biryani I have had. Very authentic and right blend of spices. Would love to try other dishes too.
