Ttobongee (또봉이) Chicken @Folsom

SO GOOD!!! I doordashed this to my work and the fries are AMAZING! So much food for a perfect price, chicken was delicious and i cannot wait to order again. Literally the best chicken place and really good tasting kimchi, great rice, great everything.

If you have a shellfish allergy do NOT eat here. Shrimp is in everything including their fried chicken seasoning. I didn’t eat here so I can’t attest to the food but they were friendly and apologetic. I wish I could have eaten something here I love Korean food.

This place has the best fried chicken in all of Folsom!!! They make it hot and fresh, so call your order in and pick it up. My favorite is the extra crispy and Soy Garlic. Amazing flavor. I prefer takeout because then I can eat with my hands and lick my fingers without anyone watching or worrying lol. Great spot will be back for a third time soon.

It was a bit hard to find since the location is in a corner, but fyi it’s next to Cold Stone Creamery. It was my first time trying this place out and I’m glad I did. You have to try their sweet chili sauce #2 and the crispy chicken! Service was friendly, although you can dine in, they don’t have full table service. However, it’s fried chicken so I don’t expect much of that and I’ve been mostly ordering takeout ever since the pandemic.
The crispy chicken stayed crispy for so long after I got home, but if you’re getting the #2 sauce or any with the sauce, it’s always better to eat it right away so it won’t get soggy.

Amazing crispy chicken. Seasoning to perfection. My home is 15 minutes away but the chicken is still hot and crispy(probably because they leave the box lid open).

Service was quick and friendly. Their menu is kind of confusing so it takes time to figure out. I definitely bring my family back next time.
