It was a Sunday night and we got our table right away. We chose to do the dinner for 2 for 69.99. I got the ribeye and she got the salmon. The service was good and the food was the same. The "dinner for 2" deal wasn't a really deal at all when you break down the pricing. We only really saved about $2 when you price everything together. Next time we'll opt for outback.

Cattlemen's has that old time, family steakhouse appeal that leaves you feeling satisfied and glad you came. This evening, I was just there to grab a beer with my golf buddy, who remarked... "this is how beer should be served, cold and frosty!" When I've eaten there, I have enjoyed the French Dip sandwich. You can get the roast beef cooked and cut the way you want it. If you can hear the music playing on the PA, you just might hear some good old Country (and) Western. Yeah.... authentic as heck... enjoy!

I ordered a 14oz New York steak. Steak was succulent on the inside and crispy on outside. Came with endless salad, fresh bread, can't complain. Steak was cooked properly, food portions were very generous and the environment was warm and welcoming.

Will certainly return.

Food was very good although not inexpensive. We got to RC 20min before they opened as we were just passing through, but decided to wait since we heard good things. Walking in about 4:05 we were told we'd have to wait another 15 minutes for another server although there were maybe 2 tables ahead of us in dining room. We thought that was pretty crazy & didn't leave a good impression. Food was very good though as well as service although several times they were in a hurry to clear dishes before we were finished eating.

Great place for a great steak. Friendly service and great food. Expect to wait if you don't have a reservation especially on a holiday or weekend. The service was outstanding and very helpful. Answered all of my questions on how the food was prepared and what kind of quality I was paying for. Anna was our server and did an excellent job. The food came fast considering the restaurant was packed. Looked great and was delicious. Definitely will be back. A+++.
