Chipotle Mexican Grill

Good food! Busy staff. My only complaint is it didn’t seem as clean as most Chipotle’s.

Originally I was going to write something negative. Today was the 3rd time delivery didn't have everything. However the staff on duty today stepped up and performed amazing customer service. ???????? to the manager on duty,(future known as MOD). And additional ???????? to the young man that assisted. I called and first got the normal on the next visit. But today I had family over and everyone wanted what they ordered. So I simply asked if there was any way to get my missing item today. The MOD said you know what I'll send one of my guys over and bring that to you. I gave her my address and BAM literally a few minutes later a young man in a black chipotle polo has my item. I thanked him and he was on his way. This is customer service, this is going that extra mile, this is why as a customer I will come back and this is why they get the 5 stars.

This is a great option for "fast" food. Easy to customize for one's own taste. I feel I'm eating healthy and tasty at the same time. Ingreds are fresh and hot/cold as they should be. They now have Patron or Sauza margaritas, too!

This place is cool for a quick bite and its very easy to veganize your meal here as well. Just be warned that the prices have been going up. So be prepared if you go in once and the second the prices may have increased. Also the staff are often very fast and friendly.

I've had great experiences in the past, but it seems attention to service has been lacking as of late. Online ordering is a convenient option, but check out your order before you leave. My last online order Chipotle somehow managed to mix match items although they did offer to refund me my money and give me the meal free, which is nice but having to drive back going through lunch rush hour negates the gesture.
