Wow! Delicious! I am not even half way thru my meal and knew I had to write a review ASAP. So fresh and full of flavor! YUMMMMM! Will def be back!
We came to this spot for a meeting. we heard about this place from quite a few people. Well, it was a winning. the crew were so friendly and we felt fantastic. The meal was delicious. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. Recommended.
I go to this great spot quite often! This is the best place to pass a nice evening. I go to this spot many times. The cooking is just great, the staff members are welcoming and the rates are fair. I like going in this place to have a good lunch.
In a neighborhood filled with tourist traps, Willie's Hamburgers has the feel of a local spot. It's patrons looked like locals, but who knows?
My Hammer #4 add bacon and avacado, was delicious. Every burger guy's hope in trying a new place. Mine had a bit too much lettuce, that's the only critique I have.
The cheese was phenomenal, almost sensual
Bold yet supple, it complimented the meat like two tango dangers complement each other. These cooks know how to keep a grill seasoned, and betrothed me two perfectly cooked flat patties, savory, juicy, with just a little smokiness. Topped off with a healthy mound of bacon, fresh veggies, and a toasted bun, and you got a burger worth swinging by for- at a very reasonable price.
The vibe of the burger spot is somehow lively yet private, a good spot if you have people or are on your own. I definitely recommend eating out on the walkway bar so you can people watch and enjoy historic Old Sacramento.
I'm from SoCal, where Tommy's is king of the chili burger. I hate to admit it, but this is better. And the onion rings are the most delicious I've had anywhere. Good craft beers on tap as well! Right by the river in beautiful Old Town Sacramento!
