While food arrived a bit on the slower side, service was attentive. The inside decor is standard. It was quiet and nothing really to be excited about. They actually have a few more drink options not on the menu. They are written on the wall behind the counter you can easily see when you walk in. I do plan to visit this place more to try some of their other menu items. I get the feeling as the days go on quality and performance will improve. “I went here yesterday for the grand opening and had such a great experience! The food is delicious. I love that you can get seaweed salad as your base. Everything is really fresh and healthy, and the staff are all friendly. I was surprised that this is a fast casual place, but it actually has service- people refill your drinks and take your trash away when you’re done eating. I will definitely go back ASAP!”

“Pretty cool place with nice and friendly staff! It's a little hard to find if you're not looking for it, so make sure to go all the way to the end of the shopping center by RC Willey. There's chocolate dishes that get prepared for you, as long as standard chocolates, shakes, and other assortments of treats. Definitely a cool place to try for a stop after a date night or for a fun snack.”

“Walked in at 10:45 and patiently waited in line, cashier was on the phone. Ok. By 10:55 she was still on the phone without acknowledging me so I googled the Kikis and it turns out they open at 11. I also work as a cashier and a simple “Hey we open at 11 but feel free to wait” would've done so much.. She said she was on the phone with her manager when I brought it up which is not a big deal, but I’m sure any manager would suggest quick communication with the customer. Giving 4 stars because it’s clean, the food is good and last time I came the service was great. Communication is key!”

“This food tastes like home but better. My dad used to work in a taqueria but the burrito I got was tastier than any he's made me. I got the Machete Super Burrito con carne asada and it was gooey with cheese and grilled bell peppers and came out HOT. Well worth the price. The customer service was great and very friendly. “This has got to be the best place to get oysters in the Sacramento area. They have a great selection of different raw oysters and also have some available that are grilled too. I would highly recommend trying the shrimp crab balls because they were absolutely delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and super attentive. However, she didn’t seem to be knowledgeable about what oysters were currently available or the types of wine that were available. Other than I have nothing bad to say about this place. The restaurant is small and gets busy on the weekends so I would highly recommend making a reservation.”

“First time trying Pupusa Central since they opened recently & they have definitely found themselves a regular customer. 10/10 experience. The food was delicious, we had pupusas revueltas de maiz & de arroz, pupusas de queso con loroco, and the Salvadoran horchata. The pupusas were hot, fresh, and very big! The staff is very kind and the restaurant is very clean. It felt very welcoming with the music playing in the background. “Took them more than 5 minutes to even acknowledge us at the window after ordering our food. We could see them through the window, mopping and chatting but no one bothered to come and greet us. They didn't come say anything to us until our food was ready. There was no other customers in the restaurant and we were the only ones on the drive-thru. So rude! The tuna sandwich I order was mediocre. My husband's panini was good, but not $13 good. Pretty expensive for just one sandwich. I would recommend going somewhere else.”

It seems like the restaurant was still slowly getting things set up and establishing themselves to in the community. The two working seemed very nice and took my order quickly. The food was good. Better than any fast food chain out there for sure. The ingredients were quality. Frys we’re delicious and abundant, hot dogs are decent. Price was fair for what I got.
