Our server was Ellen, and I have to say she was above and beyond any server anywhere! She was attentive without being obtrusive. She was fun and had the best personality ❤️ And the food? Just WOW!! “Burger Factory is a great place to grab a quick and delicious burger. The patty on the burger was cooked perfectly, it had a lot of flavor and juice in every bite. There was cheese oozing out everywhere but it was so yummy I didn't care. The onions, lettuce and tomatoes were pretty tasty too, usually I don't like a lot of produce on my burger but it was all fresh so it tasted delicious. Highly recommend this place.”

And, the Food outstanding. From the beginning 5 courses or maybe 6 (can't quite remember) later everything was delecious. There were seven in our party. Had brunch for Easter and the people who ordered first in our group has been waiting over an hour while the rest of us got our food already. They ordered three salads and a burger.
