Alpenhorn Bed and Breakfast Inn

It was quaint with very large rooms. A large backyard perfect for a party. A decent amount of parking. And a full kitchen.

We stayed here last winter and it was fabulous. They are the nicest and warmest hosts! The food is out of this world too! Will definitely be back, it was such an awesome stay.

This is the perfect place to stay when you visit Big Bear. Johann and Evelyn are the nicest host you can ask for.
The main building is like a huge cabin but gives out such homely feeling. The rooms are cozy and quiet.
One thing you will love here is the food. Johann is a cooking ensusiastic. He really put his heart in his cooking. He always servers South Africa style breakfast, which is included in your stay. I had my best bacon here.
You can also choose to have dinner with them, which I highly recommend. The dinner usually took couple days of preparation. Johann and Evelyn will tell you what are the ingredients and preparation they have done when serving each dish, that all add up to the flavour. I never had one thing I don't love here yet.
