Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que

Really good delicious BBQ with a Louisiana touch environment. The BBQ here is rather good, not the best I've had but delicious nevertheless. With the ribs strong with that smokey flavour and juicy pull pork you will be delighted. The wait did leave bit of a sour taste, taking over 35 mins to receive two dishes but good enough food makes up for it. Only draw back would be the price, if you compare to other near by choices for BBQ I would sadly pick the lather due to this. Strongly suggest you try Lucille's and find out for yourself.

The ribs are very good as expected from a smokehouse. The biscuits are definitely more southern which isn't really my cup of tea but I'm not going to bash it. The restrooms were a bit messy and when I went it was very very busy so we weren't as attended to which sucks cause there was plenty of servers. Yet when we made many numerous attempts to get their attention they weren't responding.. However they did have plenty of social time. I asked if my mom could be sung Happy Birthday but they did not do that even though they had more than enough time to.

Ordered my B-day dinner via Door Dash (DD) (2/24/19). The DD website somehow mistakenly deleted my home address which is where the food was to be delivered. They used Lucille's address in its' place (go figure). I spoke with Lucille's Mgr. Eric, who patiently listened to me whine over the phone. Even though this was an operational error on the part of Door Dash, Eric went out of his way to see that my $117 order made it to my home. He made contact with the delivery person, gave them the correct address and called me back to advise of what he had done. Certainly Eric had matters that were more pressing but he handled mine as if it was of great importance, of which I am very grateful. The BBQ was delivered and always on point from this Lucille's. In the service industry the Mgr. sets the tone for staff. Kudos to Lucille's of Chino Hills! Thank you Eric for your professionalism, Lucille's is lucky to have you.

Lucille's is a good bbq place. Their bread is always delicious with the sweet butter. Came in with a med size group and our waiter Dennis was nice and patient with all of us. Unfortunately they ran out of the spare ribs. Instead ordered the baby back ribs with mac cheese and mashed potatoes. For my part service was good as well as the meal.

Good food, good atmosphere, good service! My experience here was great. Came with my husband and brother-in-law and really enjoyed our dinner. Everything was flavorful and cooked to perfection! Our server was attentive and really polite. We made a reservation ahead of time since we went on a Friday night and got seated promptly. I strongly recommend making reservations ahead of time, by the time we left there was quite a substantial amount of people waiting to be seated!
