“Great regional chain diner! Excellent service. Cute, wonderfully kitschy bear motif throughout that makes me smile. I had a scramble, and there was a taco salad and a breakfast plate ordered at the table. Big Food. Excellent quality and delicious, so be not alarmed when you see massive plates on every table. Also feel free to ask for a box. They know how big their food is. They're cool about it. The service is friendly, attentive and prompt. To anyone with food allergies, while they're not a specialized restaurant, the kitchen will work with you. I've developed a whole host of incredibly inconvenient food allergies (gluten, rice, peppers, potatoes, artificial dyes, most things that taste good...), and I was able to order a meal that was more than a salad without cobbling together twenty menu items. Our server made sure to note I have food sensitivities so I felt good about my meal prep without feeling like I was a pain... Wonderful! Thank you. As a former diner dessert junkie, everything in the case looks like it's almost worth the misery (not quite) of the allergens inside... I can only imagine.”

“Delicious Pho best in the IE my husband and I just randomly decided to check out the food one day, & since that day we been back quiet often! My Husband Justin and I went in right before Pho Lotus was closing, rather then turning us away the staff welcomed us in and told us to have a sit! My husband and I were very pleased :) Also there is this young man who is a server, he always greets with a smile and has great customer service skills such a great example for my kids to come and witness! I highly recommend this place :)”

The menus is still evolving, but they seem to be offering items not typical to other restaurants. Diane was so pleasant and helpful describing the food, too. The only drawback was it took a while for the food to arrive. But after tasting the freshness, it was obvious they made to order.”

“The food was great. The meat is very flavorful and for the prices and your options, will definitely go back. That said, the service was not great, at all. We waited a good 10-15 minutes upon entering before anyone acknowledged us. Then another 5 minutes before being seated and the restaurant was not full. Cleanliness needs improvement. The plates had black stains and the sides of the grill needed better cleaning. The server was overwhelmed and in between rounds took quite a bit of time, thank goodness the side dishes are self serve and that held us over in between. I don't know if they were understaffed but again, the restaurant was not full in the least! For the price and for the taste of food, despite the service, we will be going back.”

“I'm comparing it to other Chipotle restaurants. The food was good but, everything was dirty in the dining area. We went when it wasn't busy. The girls in the front saw us cleaning our table, and didn't offer to clean it for us. When I was, eating I looked up, and two employees we're having their lunch break, and everything was still dirty. The trash was so full... It was an eye sore. I give it 4 stars since I did see employees eating the food given to me. At least it tells me I'm not eating dirty, old food.”
