Haven't had a bad meal from this place, yet. You get a lot of bang for your buck with the food, and the staff is always warm and welcoming. There's a meal for every occasion. If you like fire in your food, the Diablo Shrimp burrito is the ticket. Be warned, they don't play around with their sauce.

I believe this is the best burrito place literally for miles around. It's hard to top burritos over a foot long with the freshest ingredients. The face of the place is Hector, who loves everyone and really tries to get to know you. Cotijas is a top choice among those I've told about it, and I see those people have gone on to tell others.
