Indo Bistro is a restaurant provides Indonesia's cuisines. The foods and drinks are delicious. It is a perfect place to enjoy the Indonesia's menus in California.

As someone who grew up eating homemade Indonesian food, I can say this restaurant is authentic and amazing! Its tasty, flavorful and well priced with good customer service. Indo Bistro is located at the beginning of a series of Asian cuisine, which includes Mongolian BBQ, ramen, and Thai. It is a great opportunity to try a variety of food while stopping in 1 place. However, Indonesian is much harder to find so I would definitely stop in to try it. Orders can be made with zero spice, which they actually honor, and you will receive nonspicy foods. Simultaneously you can get sambal and adjust the spice to a stronger degree. Every order can be made to either vegetarian or vegan with tofu or requesting no eggs. If you order anything, I suggest you try fried rice. The biggest bonus is their shelves of imported Indo groceries to cook or prep Indonesian at home. (For those who know little about Indonesian food, Thai food is an adaptation of Indonesian food. Since spices were bought in the Dutch East Indies, aka Indonesia, recipes were adopted too. The further from Indonesia, the more adapted the recipe becomes. But Indonesian people have worked with spices longer than most other cultures in history.)

Food here is absolutely delicious. Service was quick. Drinks were also very good. This was my first time having Indonesian food and it was really good. The amount of food you get is worth the price.
