“Just the ‘ mom and pop’, ‘homemade tasting’, ‘Nona would be proud’ type of place I’ve been looking for in the high desert. Nice people with generous portions that are not your Olive Garden type food (don’t get me wrong, I like the Olive Garden…). The house Italian dressing reminds me of Nona‘s homemade. We will be back, it’s obvious they have many regulars and I’m glad they’re doing well.”

“They have great food but the service sucks. The girls in the back care more about there phone then getting an order right. They seemed less interested in their job and more of social interaction with each other. Took 30 minutes to get half our food, and 50 to get the last plate which was a dam club sandwich. We had more complicated foods that took shorter time and were either missing sides or the wrong ones. I love Tom's but this location isnt very good. It's worth the drive somewhere else.”

“Visited very recently in the evening. The guy working the speaker/ window/ counter was very efficient and quick. He gave off a good vibe and when they missed something on the car ahead of me he was apologetic and fixed it right away. Way to go! The system they had was a little messy. It seems like they're trying to get everyone through as quickly as possible to please a time machine and not the customer. You probably need better management and more worker appreciation like most fast food places. Good luck with that because good help is hard to find. Especially when word is that del taco and jib are the last rewarding and most demanding fast food establishments to their employees. I'll be back. I've only been here once, so I can't speak to consistency, but I will say that the carne asada was really awesome. I'm definitely going back for more of those tacos.
