The Lakefront Tap Room Bar and Kitchen

Went up to arrowhead with some friends to stay at one of their homes and this is one of the stops we took before we got on the boat tour of arrowhead lake. First and foremost, if you haven't taken the time to get out of Los Angeles to come to this area then do it. Most of the homes here are owned by owners that like to rent them out. It is a very nice hour to two hour drive to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The fresh air beats the smog and the night sky is beautiful.

This is a great spot that has seats outside so you can drink it the atmosphere and the view of the lake. Great beers on tap and a very nice selection of bottles and cans. Just about any drink is in their arsenal. They have large tv screens that have their entire drink menu to make it easy to make your selection. The lake tours run around every hour or so and this a great place to wet your whistle so that you can enjoy the tour a little more. The tour guides do their best to make their corny jokes family friendly but the jokes to start to lose their luster after a couple of repeats. Thus, making a stop here is almost necessary. Drink, sit back and enjoy all of Arrowhead and its glory.

Highly recommend this place if you’re hanging out in Lake Arrowhead. You can walk around the lakefront after your meal.

Also, you can take a ride on the lake from down the stairs from this place.

Dinner was marvelous and reasonably priced. My husband said his Asian Gyros were a wonderfully creative dish with perfect flavors. My Beer Battered Fish and Chips were masterfully prepared. I've never had potatoes so evenly crisp as those chips. Our waitress was pleasant. We'll be back!

Went to Lake Arrowhead for the day with my sisters and found this lively restaurant with great burgers, hot dogs and my favorite this fish and chips. Great flavor, fresh fish and crispy chips made for a amazing lunch. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning and one of the best spots to lounge, catch the view of the lake and watch some games. We were watching the Pro Bowl that day and I definitely knocked down a few craft beers. Next time I go up to Lake Arrowhead I am going to have to pay them a visit.

While staying at the Lake Arrowhead Resort, we took a short walk into the village to have lunch at The Lakefront Taproom Bar and Kitchen. The restaurant is quite popular, so you'll need to plan for a wait before dining. While waiting, we went to the sweet shoppe for dessert before lunch.

Ambiance:
The restaurant is located right on the lake, and there are water views from almost every seat. There is a small outdoor patio, and large indoor dining room.

Food:
If you're looking for healthy food, this is not the place. Everything is very rich, and oh so good. Since I am on a healthy diet, I had one of their salads, but the boys all devoured their savory sandwiches.

The Pastrami Reuben was the best dish at our table - you have to try it. If you like a BLT - oh my...let me just say that it is amazing.

Drinks:
This restaurant has the most beers on tap in town and an extensive cocktail menu. Parents can enjoy a cocktail while basking in the beautiful water views while the kiddos eat lunch.

This restaurant is a must when staying with your family in Lake Arrowhead.
