Papa John's Pizza

It the best pizza in town , love the pineapple an bacon.They even have skate board parking.

To start off this was s spur of the moment deal. I had 30 minutes to catch the last bus for home and a few doors up was Papa John's. I smelled the familiar scent of tomatoes and oregano and I was hooked. I'm sure that at least 95% of their business is delivery as there is no place to sit and eat. I told the two young men that my bus was coming in 25 minutes and could they make it and cook it before the LAST bus came. They did and with time to spare, gave em a 10. The pie was just so so. To much cheese and not enough " stuff ". Very stingy with the toppings. The place was very clean, the young men pleasant the pie was hot and I made the bus, plus I just plain like pizza.

The bottom of the pizza always seems burned. It's not just this specific location, it's the way they make their pizza everywhere. So, if you don't mind that type of crust, then this is exactly what you might like. For me, the burned flavor is just a little too overpowering. If I could compare the flavor of the bottom of pizza to something I guess it would be kind of like lightly burned cardboard. Obviously, I've never consumed cardboard, but I've smelled cardboard and I imagine it would taste similar. ????
