For as busy as this McDonald's location is, you'd think that management would be really on top of their issues. But it seems it's poorly managed. The menu light doesn't work, so at night time it's very difficult to see the dark board. They have gotten my order wrong on more than one occasion. Many times when I've reached the drive up windows, I'm asked what my order was or what my drink was. They've forgotten to give me a straw and napkins often. And their line seems to go extremely slow. I don't believe they have a park and wait spot for people whose orders are taking longer, like other McDonald's do. So everyone in line is forced to wait for that order to be complete. I literally have been in that line a half hour before!! And why is their ice cream machine always broken?!?! I usually try to go to the McDonald's on Archibald and Foothill because they have a streamlined system there, however this McDonald's is very close to my house. So sometimes I just have to suck it up and just go there instead for convenience sake.
