Kape Republik

My dad introduced me to Kape Republik and said I needed to try their Halo-Halo because it is one of the best he’s tried in SoCal.

He was right!

The Halo-Halo was one of the best I’ve had! The ice was fine, the beans weren’t hard, it has chewy boba, Ube halaya, jackfruit, an assortment of other mix-ins, and it’s topped with a scoop of Ube ice cream and crunchy pinipig. It’s a little sweet but it’s such a great treat. (Note: The 2nd time I ordered, it didn’t have Ube Halaya).

I also enjoyed their Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookie - so chewy and good. They have a variety of crinkles (pandan, strawberry, mocha, guava, etc.) but my favorite is the Chocolate Fudge Crinkle. I also enjoyed their Calamansi Juice.

Kape Republik is located just west of the 15 and south of the 60 in Ontario Ranch/Eastvale across the parking lot from Rodeo X. They have a handful of parking spaces at storefront shared with Rodeo X. This cute little shop is inviting.

The service here has always been great. The young lady at the counter is super sweet and so kind. She has such a welcoming and friendly smile!

Overall, I’ve visited a few times now and will be back again. Especially for yummy Halo-Halo! :)

We happen to stumble upon this very cute Filipino dessert place in the Ontario Ranch shopping center. The owner was super friendly and nice! The desserts were amazing. If you’re on any kind of diet, this is a place you shouldn’t go to lol I know, coz we did and oh boy did we break it!!! But all worth it!!! Kape Republik is the super cool place and conveniently located to other cool eateries. Recommend you try it!

The Fruity Pebble Crinkle Box was an absolute delight, and I couldn’t get enough of its delicious flavors. The combination of Filipino and American influences in their pastries truly sets them apart. I highly recommend trying out their offerings; you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent dessert and well priced!

I got too used to seeing gourmet cookies for 6 dollars, so I was pleasantly surprised to see everything in the store with a price that makes it easy to buy a lot.

Got the avocado smoothie, mango smoothie and assortment of cookies.

Cookie texture and sweetness balance was perfect for me and I'm looking forward to sharing these with friends

YUMMM! Cute little Filipino dessert shop! Tried a few ube items - ube crinkle cookie, ube cupcake with flan, and the ube cheesecake. The cookie and cupcake were good, very light in flavor - just a hint of ube so don’t expect anything super sweet. Hands down the ube cheesecake was our favorite .. SOOO DELICIOUS!!! Friendly service. Clean shop. Will def be back! Excited to try more items!
