Absolutely the best happy hour! Quiet conservative, first date impression kind of place. A place where you can hear each other speak. No music no bands... Just a nice restaurant with GREAT food and drinks. Ok it might be a little pricey for some...glass a wine and a Crab cake might run you 35.00 but worth it ????????????
I love this place! Always eat there when shopping at Victoria Gardens. This time my friend and I tried Sunday brunch. On a heavy side, but generally delicious!
Our party of 4 dined here on a Saturday night. There was quite a wait, but with reservations, we were seated immediately. Our waiter was prompt, efficient and friendly. We were seated in the main dining room, which was very noisy. The do have an extensive patio area, with heaters, that was probably quieter. The food was pretty good, but not over the top great. I had a pedestrian french onion soup, while the others had artichokes, a crab cake and the restaurant's house salad. All were satisfied with their choices. For the entrees, I had the blackened ribeye. It was fine, cooked as ordered and juicy, but not very spicy. It was served with mashed potatoes, which were fine.
The food is great. Thanks to overhead space heaters, sitting outside is a possibility even when the weather is cold. Burgers are an excellent choice, even better than the steak. The fries are perfectly skinny and not soggy. Try the Brussels sprouts side dish. I recall being interrupted a lot by servers and even the manager checked on all the tables while we were there.
