Great verity on menu. Great dishes to chose from. Love their steak and eggs breakfast. Service good and severs friendly.
Getting out of town but need a place to eat? Hit up Richie's Diner.
When I am heading out of the L.A. basin to the desert on Interstate 15, I occasionally will stop and eat at Richie's Diner. Every time I have been there I have had excellent waiter service and the food is quite good. The diner is immaculate, with tidy restrooms.
The atmosphere at Richie's is an up to date version of a 50's diner / shake shop. It is enjoyable for everyone. Richie"s Diner is very family friendly with a diner gift shop included. In fact, it is close to another favorite chain of mine, Bob's Big Boy for those that know. I like the "semi-retro 1950's diner feel". I just wish it had a music Juke-Box at the ready.
The food: I have tried their bacon burgers, meatloaf, salads, and their Boysenberry Cobbler a la mode. All are very tasty and filling. I have not yet tried but know that they have occasional BBQ items and ribs.
On weekdays after the noon lunch rush the Diner is actually quite. I ate there around 3 pm. The diner can handle a crowed; however, I am very certain that on the weekends and during peak hours the place is full of customers and they are busy.
I hope this review was insightful.
A Sunday morning visit to this location (first time). Busy so it took a bit to get seated. Food was okay and decent service from staff.
Would I revisit? Maybe
I love this place! It's so nostalgic! The atmosphere was fantastic! When you drive up there is this great big grill that smells amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful. When we ordered the food came out really fast. It was hot and fresh too. They were playing oldies music so that is always fun to hear. The portions of food were big. We took it home. Their desserts are to die for! So good. All around the checkout stand is an assortment of fun candies and gummies. I was also very pleased to see that they give a military discount. I like places who support the men and women serving our country.
it is a 50's themed diner w/ plenty of knickknacks and souvenirs to buy. we went there due to a family birthday. the food was good and plentiful w/ good service, but not up the hype the family member spoke of. They enjoyed their birthday and we had a good time.
