Cornelio's Steak House

Came here on date night with my girlfriend.
Calamari and bread were marvelous appetizers to start with. The bread reminded me of the cheesecake factory bread but a million times better !! The artichoke dip was so good I couldn’t even take a picture. I had to stop myself to leave room for the entrees.

She had the filet steak with shrimp & I got the salmon. I am not a steak girl but the one bite I tried changed my life. The juices, marinade and everything combined was so delicious and a perfect medium rare.
Also usually prefer white wine but the red wine was an exquisite match. The salmon was so fluffy and paired great with lemon and broccoli!

I also really enjoyed the art work on the wall! As an artist, I felt the decoration tie in perfectly with the color scheme and gives the restaurant a modern members only vibe
The portions are really big and match well for the price and quality!

I recently had the pleasure of trying the lamb chops , and they were absolutely delicious. The lamb was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. It was a true delight for my taste buds.

Not only were the lamb chops outstanding, but the service at the restaurant was also excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure that I had everything I needed. They provided great recommendations and made me feel welcome throughout the entire dining experience.

Overall, I highly recommend trying the lamb chops at this restaurant. The combination of incredible flavor and top-notch service made it a truly enjoyable dining experience.

I wanted to share our experience at Cornelio’s steak house on 11/12.

My wife and I have done the Flemming’s, Ruth’s Chris, Morton’s trio of steak houses. All good.

Celebrating our 17 year anniversary , she wanted to try a different steak house.
She sent me the reviews and I made a reservation.

We arrived a little early and were a little skeptical when we walked inside. And by that I mean the visual of the tables, bar… the overall vibe.

Looking at the menu online, I knew this would not be a $25 dinner and I guess I am guilty of equating entree price with atmosphere, service, drink selection… etc. And at first glance it was not what we expected and not in a good way.

We decided to share the Tomahawk steak… medium rare. And now forget my previous comments. We both agreed it was probably one of the best if not THE best cuts of meat we have ever eaten… cooked to a perfect medium rare and the last bite just as good as the first bite. We also overheard similar comments from other tables.

Cornelio, chef and owner, made his way to our table and asked how we liked our meal… always a nice touch.

The restaurant has been open less than two weeks and with a little fine tuning on the optics and drink options, will be a great dining option for the area. It is also great to support a privately owned restaurant as well. We WILL return and enjoy the Tomahawk steak once again.

If I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars I would! The steak was AMAZING! One of the best steaks that i’ve had in a while! It was cooked to perfection, every piece i cut was the same and the CRÈME BRÛLÉE!! DEFINITELY COMING BACK. Service was also amazing! Juliana took care of us and she was super attentive and made our experience outstanding
