Problem that I had is a lady gave me the change so fast that the change hit the counter and fell on the floor did she try to say I didn't do that. Rather than saying I apologize she denied the fact that she caused my change to fall on the floor. After that I asked to speak to the manager then she says I'm the person in charge ask her what's her name she gives me a different name damn that was on her ID and she says oh and wearing someone else's ID. I tell her I see what the problem is you're the manager you're the person in charge and you just your unorganized.
