Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Excellent Burgers. Great price. I even received a free burger for my birthday. Much better for lunch, too noisy at dinner.

It was way back back years. My friends and I ate in this place.

Today, I felt like it was my first time buying food at Red Robin. Well, I checked the website if they had a online order for pickup and yes I was happy for it. I ordered my food online and picked it up inside the restaurant. When I came in, I was entertained right away and she checked my order. I didn't wait too long for my order. Also, after she gave me my orders. She's explained what I ordered to make sure everything was correct. And the food I ordered were ready before I came. Also, a complimentary fries was given to me too. The staff that helped me was very nice and friendly. She made sure I received my orders right.

We have enjoyed, for many many years, the best cod fish and chips available anywhere at Red Robin. That was the main motive for visiting your restaurant. Sadly, the last two visits, especially the most previous one, caused great disappointment. The pieces or content of the fish has decreased noticeably as well as the quality. Our order of three plates of fish was heavy and thick with batter, giving a doughy taste. This is not a fluke. The decision makers at Red Robin are succumbing to the profit trap instead of maintaining your quality integrity that made YOU who you are. This is a sad day for Red Robin.

The food was fresh and delicious! Natalie was very warm and attentive to our needs. All servers seemed to enjoy their jobs so it made the atmosphere very pleasant. We are definitely coming back.

Burger was delicious of course, I had a bacon cheeseburger. My husband had the fish and chips which he loved, he always gets that . Service was great. I just wish I had room for more endless fries. I love their salads too.there was a small wait but it was worth it.
