    I use El Pollo Loco all around the Inland Empire for catering lunches in offices. This location, although my visit was during rush hour, was organized and had my order ready. This isn’t the case for all El Pollo Loco’s. The manager was focused and got me out the door in time.

    One of my favorite places to eat chicken and it taste very fresh home made. Keep up the good food!

    There's definitely a difference in service and ambiance when you contrast them against Chick- Fil-A or an In N Out. The employees seem haggard and looking forward to the days end. You can't be the best place to buy from if you're not the best place to work for. Quality and service are reciprocated values.

    Good healthy options me and my wife enjoy. We get food from the drive thru almost weekly for years. I like to get there around 11 at the latest if I'm picking up food on my lunch break the drive thru can get crowded and I find the chicken is freshest and tastes the best earlier right after they open.
